FREE Breakfast Every Morning!

Complimentary breakfast is provided in your room or in the common room every morning, based on your preference and at the time of your choosing. The breakfast style is “Continental Plus”. A Continental breakfast is always served, with your choice of either coffee, milk, tea or any combination of the three, as well as sliced bread with sweet jam, butter, or other spreads. The Continental breakfast is also always served with juice. In addition to the Continental breakfast, there are a variety of breakfast items served everyday (same item not served two days in a row), including eggs (scrambled, omelets), pancakes, oatmeal, couscous (kuskus), etc. If you would like us to modify any breakfast item to your liking, please do not hesitate to let us know.

FREE Airport Pickup!

If you would like to be picked up from the airport upon your arrival, just let us know when you make your reservations with us and we’ll pick you up, no charge! Your driver will wait for you carrying a sign with your name when you arrive at Bole International Airport.

Internet & Phone Service

Each of our suites is equipped with a telephone for local and international calling. If you would like to access the Internet, check email or use a computer for other purposes, you will find a common area set up to meet your needs. This common room is also equipped to serve as a dining area and kitchen for our Single Suite guests. Extra charges apply for Internet and phone use. Internet rates are US $0.04 (4 US cents) per minute.

Complimentary Coffee Ceremony!

Ever Sunday afternoon, we offer a complimentary traditional coffee ceremony in our beautiful and relaxing garden. You can witness coffee being prepared the classic Ethiopian way in a very leisurely atmosphere! As the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia has a long tradition of an elaborate coffee ceremony, which starts with the raw beans and ends with a delicious cup of coffee in your hands!

At Z Guest House, we do everything we can to make your life easier and more enjoyable during your stay with us. As part of our commitment to provide a high level of service to our guests, we provide the following services at very low cost or free of charge:

Beverages in your room, including soft drinks (soda), beer and bottled water.
Laundry service, which usually takes less than 24 hours. If dropped off early in the morning, we can provide same-day service upon request. Dry cleaning is also available upon request.
SIM card rental, if you are interested in using your mobile (cell) phone while in Addis (make sure it is an “unlocked” phone to use SIM card).
Mobile phone rental, if you do not have an unlocked phone
Daily housekeeping to keep your room clean and fresh at all times.
Maps of the area, including major attractions and nearby restaurants.
